ABOUT DEIRDRE
Deirdre Lally has loved designing jewelry since the age of 11 when she fashioned a necklace out of wire and seaglass she had collected on the beach. After graduating from Georgetown University, she moved to Manhattan to work in the fashion industry while continuing to create jewelry for herself and friends. After holding positions at VOGUE and Ralph Lauren, she returned to her true passion - jewelry.
Lally received her graduate gemology degree from the Gemological Institute of America, the world's largest and most respected nonprofit institute of gemological research and learning. Afterwards she became the Director of Marketing for Titi Pedrini, the fine jewelry designer, where she would oversee design production and developed relationships with the best dealers, manufacturers and lapidaries. Her time at Christie's and Slane and Slane further contributed to her vast knowledge of jewelry, both new and vintage.
Lally has attended the NYU Appraisal Studies Program and is a Candidate Member in the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. She is also a regular contributor to Fox News' lifestyle magazine.
An avid collector and traveller, Lally is constantly searching the globe for unique gemstones and jewelry.
Her infectious enthusiasm, proficiency, and impeccable taste ensure that her clients' experience is thoroughly enjoyable and the finished product is magnificent.
